We are the Remodeling Industry Resource in Northeast Ohio for information and advocacy for consumers, the community and PRO members.

All members of PRO are put through a screening process at the time they apply for membership and on an annual basis at the time of renewal! The PRO Staff checks to make sure that all contractor Members meet the following criteria:

• A favorable Better Business Bureau and Ohio Attorney General's Report
  
  
• Must show proof of appropriate local Registration, liability insurance, and Workers Compensation Insurance
  
  
• Adhere to Professional Remodelers Of Ohio Code of Ethics
  
  
• Submit a copy of their contracts with the buyers right to cancel
  
  
• 50% of our members have been in the remodeling business for 25+ years
  
  
• 40% of our members have been owners of their businesses for more than 25+ years
